As lawyers, we are very close to the operative business, regularly exchange ideas with other departments within the company and are involved in all processes at an early stage. For this reason, our legal department is structured according to the three pillars of the group: Entertainment, Content Production & Sales and Commerce. In order to be able to advise as directly and competently as possible, all relevant legal areas from media, copyright and trademark law via corporate law, M&A and IT law to data protection and employment law are covered in-house by specialised departments. This results in a variety of tasks and questions that make our daily work particularly interesting and varied. Here no day is like the other.
